The HUXLEY Company Limited has launched its new Cocoa chocolate drink on the Liberia Market.
The product, branded “All Time Drinking Chocolate,” according to the group’s Marketing Manager, Abraham Godsent Wheon, is geared towards ensuring that Liberians gravitate from drinking mixture Cocoa drink to one that is naturally made/produce.
Speaking during the launch over the weekend at his Freedom FM office in Monrovia, Mr. Wheon, among other things, emphasized that the chocolate is made of cocoa beans that are most valued for their flavor as well as Ghana Cocoa beans in the world Cocoa market.
“It is richer in Theobromine and flavonoids, which render the beans unique, mild and rounded flavor become the world’s standard against which all cocoa is measured,” he said.
According to him, the drink has a herbal value that is important for growth, assuring that is has no side-effects like other locally made drinks that are been sold on the Liberian market.
The HUXLEY Company Marketing Manager further maintained that aside from helping in growth, the drink also helps the body function more efficiently thereby protecting it against everyday toxins and stressors.
“Flavonoids are also powerful antioxidants agents and have beneficial anti- inflammatory effects and they protect your cells from oxidative damage that can lead to disease, and with Flavonoids in the herbal chocolate drink, these dietary antioxidants can prevent the development of diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive disease like Alzheimers and dementia,” he assured.
Mr. Wheon further explained, “Considering Theobromine in the drink, it helps to increase in energy and the potential to shield heart health and airways, and this new chocolate product on the Liberian market accordingly has a Proponents that supports cognition, improves sleep quality, May lower blood pressure and Enhances lungs function.”
He however clarified that the ‘All Time Chocolate Drink’ has passed through all relevant processes by health authorities and the Ministry of Commerce to do business in Liberia, adding, “Just to be clear with you, this is not the only product we will be importing or selling in Liberia. What I can assure you is that, any product we bring in Liberia will be of high quality.”
The Huxley Company CEO, Koby Hayfron used the occasion to disclaimer that the All Time Drinking Chocolate is not being produced by them but instead, they are the sole importer and distributor of the product.
Mr. Hayfron announced an offer of one bottle to the first 20 customers, from it’s launch date, stressing, “For any 20 cartons of All Time Instant Drinking Chocolate within Montserrado County, Huxley will do delivery home or market place delivery.”
The Institution’s COE then encouraged Liberians to take advantage of their product due to its health benefits while at the same time disclosed that his company will also help by buttressing the Liberian government in creation of jobs across the country.
