Girl, 11, Goes Missing In Nimba

The Women and Children Section of the Liberia National Police (LNP) is conducting an investigation into the alleged disappearance of an 11 years old girl in the Gbloryee Community in Ganta City, Nimba County.
According to the LNP, on July 14, Little Charlesetta Smith had gone to sell cool aid and never returned thereby creating fear among community members as 2020 senatorial election drawS closer in the Country.
The LNP Women and Children boss, Jenkins Mangou, said this is the second time someone had gone missing in the city for several weeks.
Meanwhile, Gender Based Violence is said to be on the increase in the Ganta and for the past week, Rape has topped the crimes reported to the Police.
