‘FULCRUM’ Decries Statements Against NPA Boss

FULCRUM a non-for profit organization operating in Liberia has condemned recent statements issue by the head of the Council of Patriot (COP), Henry P. Costa, accusing the Managing Director at the National Port Authority (NPA), Bill Tweahway of his alleged involvement into the death saga of former Director General of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA) of Liberia, Emmanuel Bartee Nyeswah.
According to the group members, Nyeswah’s death is currently being investigated by the Government of Liberia including foreign partners of the country.
The group noted that Mr. Tweahway is a high profile public servant and a humanitarian who has no trace of bloodshed in country history and continues to live an exemplary life for many Liberians home and abroad.
It also described the COP leader as ‘misguided and -positioned, who is against President George Manneh Weah .
FULCRUM indicated that as the result of this he has decided to inconsequentially indict forerunners of the CDC led-government as a sanguineous of his hate-position.
Regrettably, the group noted, that the mysterious death of the IAA boss is a national blow and that it would not allow any one making mockery of the situation at the detriment of the criminal justice system of the country.
The Secretary General of the organization, Mohammed Sheriff said his organization was established as a turning point for Liberia . According to him, FULCRUM main goal is to seek the re-election of President Weah comes 2023.
He noted that FULCRUM establishment was predicated upon the fact of the leadership performance ability demonstrated by the current Liberian President. He is calling on the general public not take what Costa seriously.
