Administrative Appointments

Gardnerville’s newest sports academy, the Best Ones Football Academy (BOFA) has appointed several persons to form part of the team’s leadership that will steer the affairs of the athletes.


The appointed officials are going to serve in temporary positions till a constitutional committee is set up to have laws crafted on the operation of the team according to officials of the club.

According to the chief executive and other stakeholders of the club the appointees were communicated to and served terms of reference that provide them clarity on their various roles to the team and players as well as expected outcomes of programs involving them respectively.


The appointments featured Joseph Mulbah as Vice President for Administration, Eletha Kinsley as Vice President for Operations/Program Officer, and Frank Blidi as Vice President for Strategic Planning, Partnership Relations and Marketing.


According to a release issued by the team following the appointment of various vice Presidents, Joseph Mulbah as 1st Vice President will steer the administrative arm in smooth working relationship with the other team leaders as the 2nd Vice President, Eletha Kinsley take charge of the operational activities and programs for implantations among others as the 3rd Vice President, Frank Blidi, in response to the TOR heads the Planning Committee in line with partnership and marketing of the team.


The release further revealed that those serving at the level of vice presidents for the club will all have to work together with consultative status with the board in order to protect and push forward the dream of the academy becoming second to none in the country.


Others making the list include Hassan Sesay as Secretary General, and George Toby as Assistant Secretary and George Lombeh as Technical Director.


Others are Marcus Toweh as Sporting Director, Valentino Youconjay Julius as Chairperson Ways, Means and Finance Committee.


“As per the TOR for this committee, they will be responsible to come out with Resources Raising Measures of this noble Academy,” the release said.


“The institutional policy of BOFA in our vision remains supreme and will reign as long as the team stays around. We are holding more talks with visionary youths that are willing to push this program to a higher height. In the coming days there are going to be more appointments to have everyone to be part of the process we are running,” BOFA maintained.


Meanwhile, the leadership of the Academy has begun activities and fundraising processes that will lead to the team’s pending launching program expected to take place in Monrovia.


According to reports, the team has initiated an in house dollar’s rally currently taking place among stakeholders that is intended to meet up with the provision of basic necessities for players to continue practices and training sessions gearing to joining the upcoming grass root tournaments.


Sources further revealed that the senior management team of BOFA is holding series of engagements with other young people in order to have a dream of total inclusion and participatory leadership standing over the club.
