Benita Urey Becomes CEO, President Of Shaita Angels

In an excellent development, Benita Urey has officially been appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the esteemed Shaita Angels Football Club, a renowned female football team in Liberia.

Urey’s promotion to these esteemed positions comes after her dedicated service as the Vice President of the club for a span of two years.
During her time as Vice President, she witnessed Shaita Angels raise their first trophy and compete in their maiden final game.
Expressing her immense honor, Urey shared her expectations for the future, stating, “As President and CEO, I expect to watch Shaita hold her first Upper League trophy and win her first final.”
This signifies only the initial stage of a larger mission that lies ahead.
Urey extended her heartfelt gratitude to the club’s loyal supporters, emphasizing her pride in assuming the roles of President, CEO, and her unwavering loyalty as a “Careysburgian”.
She also acknowledges the remarkable leadership and guidance of outgoing President, G. Nelson Meanyeah, expressing her gratitude for his invaluable contributions.
Urey further extended her appreciation to the board members of Shaita Angels for their unwavering belief in her abilities.
Above all, Urey paid a special tribute to the late Mr. Henry Browne, who not only bestowed his blessings upon her, but consistently believed in her capabilities.
