The Liberia National Police has announced the issuance of arrest warrants for several individuals, including Queen Johnson, a Liberian female politician, who are believed to be connected to the untimely death of model, Joshua Solomon, commonly known as “Ma Behsay Grandson” in the 72nd Community.
According to the police, efforts have intensified to identify and apprehend these suspects, emphasizing their commitment to justice and ensuring that those responsible for this heinous crime are held accountable.
The Liberia National Police is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts or activities of these wanted individuals to come forward and assist in the investigation.
The LNP noted that Confidentiality will be upheld, ensuring the safety and security of those providing valuable leads.
Announcing plans to probe Solomon’s death over the weekend, Police Spokesperson Moses Carter said the police has secured a series of video footage to begin investigation and arrest this week.
“Between now going forward to next week, with the cooperation from the public, we are hopeful of reaching a logical conclusion in ensuring that arrest is made for those responsible for the death of Solomon to account for their actions in the court,” Carter assured.
According to him, the deceased was involved in political violence in August this year where he reportedly sustained wounds that might have resulted to internal bleeding but urged members of the public to assist the investigators with information to ensure that alleged perpetrators are brought to book.
Solomon before his death, served as a national pageant trainer at the Ministry of Information.
Mr. Carter assured Liberians that they will not sweep under the carpet the death of Solomon, adding that anything about the acts that lead to the death of the victim will be duly investigated with time and justice will be served within time.
Carter said it was reported that the deceased was one of those victims who suffered from an alleged aggravated assault in Sinkor on August 11 between rival supporters of the CDC and UP.
