Housing Takes Inventory Of Gov’t Properties …Launches National Survey

The National Housing Authority has launched a nationwide survey and inventory of off-takers.
Off-takers are potential buyers of homes and properties expected to be built by the NHA under fresh investments by partners.
In a release, the NHA said the exercise will cover both local and international markets, initially targeting five of the 15 counties.
They are Bomi, Bong, Margibi, Montserrado, and Grand Bassa Counties while the subsequent phases of the exercise will cover all the remaining counties.
The survey will inform the NHA and property investors on the quality and quantity of homes to be constructed, ranging from two, three to four bed room Houses.
These homes cater to various income groups, offering options for low-income, middle-income, and high-income (luxury) buyers.
Managing Director, Florence Geegbae, has since assured the NHA’s commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate data to assist in better understanding the housing market and its demands.
Meanwhile regular updates will be provided to the public as the exercise progresses.
