Youth Group Condemns Claims Against Cllr. Massaquoi

The Youth for Progress and development, a grassroots organization on Jamaica Road says it is astonished by the propaganda that is being fueled by the Global Justice and Research Project Country Director Hassan Bility regarding the appointment of Cllr. Jonathan Massaquoi as Executive Director of the Secretariat of the War Crimes Court.
The group believe that Hassan Bility has no moral justification to engage in such a cheap propaganda against a decent lawyer who represents the poor people.
The group recalled that it was the same Hassan Bility, who in 1992 during the Octopus Operation was seen on Jamaica Road in active combat.
Hassan Bility alongside Aleiu Korsiah, Alias K-One, the late Papa Kouyeteh who became Chief of Staff of LURD while fighting for ULIMO .
The group also recounted that Mr. Varfely Dorley was also part of this group and all of them resided in the Konneh (Money gets speed) yard on Jamaica Road.
The group is therefore calling on President Joseph Boakai not to pay attention to the likes of Bility and others whose intention is to spoil the reputation of others.
The group further accused Hassan Bility of being responsible for the illegal detention of most of those who and him fought in ULIMO who are in Europe and America.
The group said it is ready to provide evidence on the role play by Bility during the ULIMO War, especially during the 1992 Octopus on Jamaica.
