Who Are Sanniquellie’s Administrative Building Burglars?

Nimba County administration has disclosed that its Administrative Building was burglarized by unknown persons in Sanniquellie.

Speaking to this paper via mobile phone, the county’s Communication Officer, Amos Kpanada, disclosed that some criminals clandestinely burglarized the building and stole three air conditioners during the night hours.

“Three air conditioners were removed from the conference room, but we are still investigating the case,” Kpanada disclosed.

Amos said, whether stolen or looted, the missing items were discovered missing in the wake of former executive appointees departing the government building.

The administrative building hosts the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Development, County Inspector, and other functionaries of the local government in the county.

According to our reporter in the county, since the loss of those items from the Administrative Building, there has been no press statement from any of the former and outgoing county administration heads.

When this paper contacted the Acting Superintendent, Darious Vaye, he confirmed the incident of burglary at the Administrative Building in Sanniquellie.

The acting superintendent said that a security firm would be hired to investigate the stolen materials.

When this paper contacted the Police Commander, Dixon Kemokai, via mobile phone, he said no information of such had reached his office.
