Weah To Dedicate Projects In Grand Kru

Grand Kru County District #2 lawmaker, Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa has revealed that President George Manneh Weah is expected to officially dedicate several projects in the county while visiting the area on his nation-wide county tour.
According to the Grand Kru lawmaker, the projects to be dedicated by the President include those that were initiated by former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and falls in line with President Weah’s Pro-poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development which according to him is also in line with the doctrine of continuity in government.
The Grand Kru County District #2 Representative said he will use both his legal and legislative influence to rally support from his colleagues to increase 30% women participation into the political governance of the country.
He cited Article 30 of the Liberian Constitution which supports women’s equal participation into the political activities of the country as in the case of their male counterparts.
