Business guru turned politician, Simeon Freeman, has procured or leased the property owned and operated by the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Liberia for multi-purpose entity.
Even though Mr. Freeman has not confirmed the years and time the house was for, but sources closed to Mr. Freeman hinted this paper that he has leased the Millennium Guest House now “Sinkor Palace” for roughly 24 years.
Making the disclosure, Simeon Freeman on January 26, 2023, expressed gladness to his partners who helped him to procure the vicinity.
He named the business “Sinkor Palace” stating that the Sinkor Palace is intended for business-purpose-related center in Liberia.
He intimated that Sinkor Palace has some of the best fusions which includes, Indian Restaurant, African Restaurant and all kinds of fusions intended to provide self-satisfaction.

The owner of the DSTV in Liberia, told the audience that besides the Sinkor Palace, he is attracted to engineering films businesses like he did from the Nigerian and the Ghanaian industries which promote African cultures and marketing of tourist centers on DSTV.
Among other things, Mr. Simeon Freeman said that he has been attracted to films in order to promote the Liberian Film Industry aimed at ensuring that those people involved in the business get some money.
“I am about to put in more money; I am told that this sector used to pump US$ 2,000, but I’m going to pump in more money to revamp the sector,” Mr. Freeman stated.
Delivering his keynote message, South African Ambassador, Iqbal Jhazbahay expressed delight over Freeman’s farsightedness in bringing to light to tourists to the lamplight; stating that tourism is something that is developing Liberia gradually.
