SEGAL Boss To Receive International Honor

The Executive Officer of the Security Expert Guard Agency of Liberia-SEGAL, Momo T. Cyrus has been nominated for next year’s African Leadership Hall of Fame- Class of 2020, the ALM Africa Dialogue 2020- London-UK.
The award, which is one of the best global awards given to individuals who have contributed immensely to society, most especially, in their respective locals where they have been seen as championing the cause of the ordinary citizens, as well as to their country.
“Following your previous conferment with the prestigious African Leadership Award as a part of honorees, and incumbent on your continued contribution to the growth and development of the African business ecosystem having passed a rigorous screening and vetting process by our editorial board, I am pleased to confirm that you have been meticulously selected from our shortlist of previous awardees to be inducted into the African Leadership Hall of Fame-Class of 2020,” the communication stated.
The communication further stated that the SEGAL Boss will be conferred with the honor, and inducted during the ALM’s Africa Dialogue 2020- London UK, which is scheduled for January 21, 2020 from 1:30p.m. to 5p.m., at the Imperial College, London the UK, on the sidelines of the first-ever Her Majesty’s Government organized UK-Africa Investment Summit in London.
The SEGAL Boss’ Honor is also in recognition of his supports to government and the society as a whole which he will walk away as a Guest of Honor (African Ambassador in Business), also recognizing him for his continuous contributions to Africa’s socio-economic development.
In the same vein, the Patriotic Conciseness Association of Liberia-PACAL, has bestowed on him its prestigious Traditional Honors as an Excellent Security Firm in Liberia.
Presenting the award, PACAL’s National Executive Chairman, E. Frederick Baye said, his institution’s intension to honor Mr. Cyrus and his entity was not strange, but rather, due to the excellent and professional services rendered to the Liberian people over the years by SEGAL.
The PACAL Boss further stated that before the departure of Mr. Cyrus to London, PACAL will bestow upon him its traditional honors. He then handed a certificate of appreciation for the entity’s good work in the country.
Meanwhile, responding, the CEO of SEGAL, Momo T. Cyrus expressed his overwhelming joy and satisfaction over the honor given him by SEGAL and his nomination by ALM.
He lauded the Liberian Government for the current peace in the Liberian security sector and promised also to keep supporting government in reaching out to places where the National security is not.
Both SEGAL’s Administrative Manager Marcus N.D. Kumeh I, and SEGAL’s Security Manager Dave S. Freeman who spoke separately lauded the ALM and PACAL for the honors and promised to continue doing their best as a private Security Firm.
Mr. Kumeh further stated that SEGAL’s secret to winning those awards was its commitment to service and setting the pace as one of the best security institutions, while Mr. Freeman toured the audience on SEGAL’s rebranded uniforms and other security apparatus ordered from China costing over USD200,000,00.
Displaying those gadgets, Mr. Freeman said, the newly rebranded uniforms will be issued to its officers early December 2020 to set a standard that will see the entity move from poorly dressed security officers, to those who will be neatly dressed.
