MUSCA Dying Minutes Goal Pushes Barrolle Downward

Musca Football Club has pushed Mighty Barrolle below by one step on the Liberia Football Association Orange National league table after collecting all three points from the Kanyan Pepper boys in their last encounter.
In an entertaining showpiece on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, Musca after being introduced to the match as the underdog of the day maintained persistence all through the full time against Liberia’s traditional sports club, the rollers.
With wonderful coordination on Musca’s attack mainly between Musa Jabateh and Mark Yallah in the regular game time, a counter was converted to a goal to settle it for Musca Football Club at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium on the United Nations Drive.
Musa Jabateh in the 87th minute drove from the midway line of the field to beat the four backs in the rollers defense with an assist to Mark Yallah earning them their ninth win of the season as a club.
Before the match day 19 encounter, Mighty Barolle was fifth place better up in position than seventh place Musca. It is now 19 games played by Barrolle with seven wins and draws with a total of 28 points as they drop position to their last encounter winner.
Musca is now at sixth place with 30 points after winning nine games and drawing three out of their last 19 league games of this season.
In other fixtures for match day 19; Invincible Eleven collected another three points with a 3-0 win over Sandi Football Club at the Examinations Hall of football in Liberia to move five points clear above the relegation zone, while the Majestic Sunshine Yellow Boys sit at tenth place with 20 points.
LPRC Oilers leveled points with Cece United in a 1-0 win at the Tusa Field in Gardnersville. A victory for the Oilers over Cece settled the two sides at 23 points in the eighth and ninth spots.
At the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex Practice Pitch in Paynesville City, Church Boys Jubilee FC was hooked with another defeat as the Heaven Eleven extended an undefeated second phase campaign.
With 30 points also, the Heavenly boys now have recorded inspiration in the championship fighting to make their way to the top-three race that is currently heated among Bea Mountain, LISCR and Watanga.
