Mighty Barrolle Coach Assad Fadel Praises Players Ahead Of LBA Grand Finale

The head coach of Mighty Barrolle, Assad Fadel, has expressed high praise for his team as they head into the grand finale of the 2024 Liberia Basketball Association (LBA) national league.
As defending champions, Barrolle has once again proven their dominance, reaching the finals for the fourth consecutive time.
Coach Fadel credited his players’ excellent basketball skills for their successful season, which saw them advance to the final against Cestos Mogars in a best-of-five series.
He emphasized the significance of defending their title and acknowledged the hard work and dedication that has brought the team to this pivotal moment.
“To defend our title and reach the final for the fourth time is an achievement that deserves serious appreciation,” said Fadel.
“I’m paying this tribute to my players because they deserve to be honored for the brilliant performances they displayed against our opponents from the start of the LBA national league until we qualified for the grand finale.”
Despite their impressive season, which included victories over LPRC Oilers in the best-of-three playoff encounters with scores of 56-42 and 70-39, Coach Fadel urged his players to maintain their focus and continue with intensive training as they prepare for the championship series.
Fadel noted that while Barrolle has performed beyond expectations, the team remains unsatisfied and is determined to finish the season on a high note.
The Mighty Barrolle squad finished the regular season with only three losses, against LPRC Oilers, Cestos Mogars, and NPA Pythons, showcasing their consistency and resilience.
In addition to his praise for the players, Coach Fadel extended his gratitude to the team’s president and officials for their unwavering support, which he credited as a key factor in the team’s progress and qualification for the grand final.
As the final showdown against Cestos Mogars approaches, both teams are also set to participate in the FIBA Zone Three Club Championships, a testament to their excellence in the LBA first division.
Barrolle fans eagerly await the grand finale, hopeful that their team will once again claim the championship title and continue their legacy in Liberian basketball.
