Liberia-American Gets Vice Chair Post On Int’l Fire Chiefs Board

The Liberia National Fire Service is commending the International Association of Fire Chiefs based in the United States of America for the appointment of Fire Chief John S. Butler to the position of second vice chair of the Association of Fire Chiefs Board.
Fire Chief Butler is the first Liberian-American to have been appointed as the second vice chair since the establishment of the Association of the Board of Fire Chiefs.
Fire Chief John S. Butler is a strong partner to Liberia’s Ministry of Justice through its National Fire Service.
He has been assisting the Liberia National Fire Service ranging from trainings to capacity building and donation of several firefighting equipment to the Liberia National Fire Service.
