The Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency (LDEA) has demolished several shacks in Liberia.
It was a dramatic scene yesterday at the Buchanan Street Car Wash, when the members of the Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency were seen breaking down several shacks.
When our reporter contacted officers of the LDEA to comment on the operation, she was referred to the Press and Public Affairs Officer, nevertheless, the officers raided several homes and confiscated some narcotic drugs.
Our reporter also stated that LDEA members destroyed about three shacks that were seen in that particular area.
The members of the LDEA made away with some illicit drugs that they saw in that particular area.
Meanwhile, some of the victims were accusing the President-elect Joseph N. Boakai for their misfortune.
According to some of them, if President Weah was going to be re-elected, all these wouldn’t have happened to them.
“We the Liberians don’t like good, now we all have voted for President-elect Boakai and he hasn’t even gotten into power but he has started making us homeless,” one of the victims said.
