According to a report from Nimba, the John Wesley Pearson Extension Senior High School, located at the LPMC Community in Ganta, topped the recent regional examinations in the county.
Speaking to this Paper at the school campus in Ganta, teacher, Amos Barseh, disclosed that more than two hundred and fifty students successfully passed the exams with flying colors.
John Wesley Pearson is among government senior high schools in Bain-Garr Education District 1, and caters to thousands of school going children in Bain-Garr District in Nimba County.
Speaking to this Paper, a government elementary school teacher, Nancy Dahn, disclosed that the results brought great relief to parents in the district, due to the massive amount of students who passed.
Speaking to this Paper on the same issue, John Wesley Pearson Principal, Nyan Taylor Guannue, boasted that in the first result released by WAEC, more than two hundred and fifty senior students passed the examination successfully.
“We are still waiting to hear from WAEC the second time before speaking to press,” Principal Guanue disclosed.
According to the principal, most students passed successfully and graduation is pending.
