Inquirer Boss Extols Employees For Proper Management

The Managing Editor of the Inquirer Newspaper, Philip N. Wesseh, has motivated his employees for their frantic effort in ensuring that the paper remains on the newsstand in his absence.
He said despite his ailing condition, those in administration and other departments have exhibited all level of commitment towards the maintaining and functioning of the institution through good and basic ethical norms.
Speaking when he paid the institution a courtesy visit on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the veteran Liberian Journalist expressed excitement in the work done by the employees on a daily basis to see that the paper is still on the newsstand competing with others while he was away seeking medical attention.
“I am always happy when I see The Inquirer Newspaper among other papers. Even though I’m sick but you all are doing very well to have this paper on the market, for which I say thank you,” he complimented.
Mr. Wesseh, among other things, further praised his reporters and the editorial team for their tireless efforts applied in the discharge of their ethical reportorial duties.
He noted further that their work done over the years in the face of many challenges had been heartily acknowledged, but cautioned them to keep being balance, credible and accurate in their reportage for the sake of professionalism.
“In the midst of all that could be happening in this institution; you keep doing your best. I am impressed that you all are doing a good job and I want you to keep doing what you are doing here,” he maintained.
The GINA as he is affectionately called by many told the brief meeting that he is rewarded everyday as a result of the teamwork presided over by the managerial team.
In separate remarks, the Acting Managing Editor, Winnie Saywah- Jimmy and the Administrative Manager, Larkpor Boahndao all lauded Gina for his encouragement with the staff during the friendly but frank discussion with the employees on other pertinent issues.
