The Liberia National Police has arrested a levite of the Garden of Prayer Church of God Lib. Inc. believed to be in his 30s for allegedly raping a 12-year-old student at the Fraser Memorial Institute.
The survivor informed her parents that Min. Henry S. Kpalleh, who is also a primary classroom teacher sexually abuses her on multiple occasions during the school’s recess in his private room on the school’s campus.
Kpalleh is the current dean of student affairs at the Fraser Memorial Institute located in the Jamaica Road community on Bushrod Island.
Meanwhile, investigation continues.
