“Former Employees Invade NaFAA Facebook Page”-Management Alarms

The Management of the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA) has disclosed that its Facebook page is experiencing some problems due to invasion by some former employees who are bent on damaging the integrity of the current management team.
A press release quotes the Management of NaFAA as saying its administrative privileges have been misused on its official Facebook page, thus creating a negative image of the entity to the public.
At the same time, NaFAA’s management maintained that it has come to its attention that the former creator of the institute’s official Facebook page has wrongfully logged out all members of the Communications Department, assuming control as an administrator on the page and posting unnecessary content.
The NaFAA Management noted that such behavior not only violates its social media policies, but also breaches trust and undermines the integrity of the entity’s online presence.
The release added that such action has the potential to harm NaFAA’s brand reputation and disrupt its communication channels with the public.
However, NaFAA Management has ensured that measures are being implemented to prevent such unauthorized access and misuse of its administrative privileges.
The Management further revealed that it has created a new Facebook page and has reported the situation to Facebook Management, requesting it to shut down the previous page.
Meanwhile, the management of the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority is investigating the invasion.
