Family Nursery Celebrates Successful Academic Year

The Family Nursery and Kindergarten School System (FNC) has successfully completed its academic year, operating under the motto “Where Each Child Matters.”
The commencement exercise was held over the weekend in Monrovia and addressing the graduates, Mrs. Maureen Johnson-Hutchinson highlighted the importance of early childhood education and the bright future that is awaiting these young learners.
The keynote speaker encouraged the young graduates to always stay curious and to never stop asking questions, and urged every parent to prioritize the education of their children for a better future, because they are the future leaders of tomorrow.
“You are all explorers in a big, wonderful world, keep your sense of wonder and always believe in your ability to achieve great things,” she stressed.
“Today is a celebration of your hard work, curiosity, and the wonderful journey you have begun, I wish to see every one of you climbing the stairs of education until you reach the top,” she said.
She however acknowledged the board members, parents and teachers, for their unwavering support and dedication saying, “You are the guiding lights for these children, helping them navigate through their first steps of education.”
“The seeds we plant in the hearts of children today will bloom into the gardens of their futures,” she then congratulated the graduates and wished them all the best in their future endeavors.”
Meanwhile, the board chairperson, Evelyn Kandakai expressed gratitude to God for the successful completion of another academic year at Family Nursery School.
According to her, this academic year had been one of the most difficult in the school’s history, yet the community’s perseverance and commitment ensured they overcame the obstacles.
She concluded by acknowledging the staff and students for their continuous hard work, despite the challenges faced throughout the year and urged every parent to fight for the future of their children.
