Arrested In Sanniquellie

The Joint Security assigned in Nimba has disclosed the arrest and detention of a fake Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency (LDEA) Officer, Abdullah Kamara in the county.
According to the Joint Security central office in the county, suspect Kamara was nabbed with a stolen motorbike at an Immigration Check Point in Sanniquellie while on his way to Monrovia.
Speaking to this paper via mobile phone in Sanniquellie, a senior Joint Security Officer disclosed that suspect Abdullah Kamara resides in the Soul Clinic community outside Monrovia and had since been declared wanted among criminals by the LDEA since the beginning of 2022.
A report released in the county by the Joint Security stated that suspect Kamara has been impersonating using LDEA uniform to carry out criminal activities by stealing motorcycles from motorcyclists at night and also armed-robbed peaceful citizens in the county.
When this paper contacted the LDEA County Commander George P. Kemokai at the LDEA Sub Office in Ganta, he confirmed the arrest and detention of suspect Abdullah Kamara in Sanniquellie, Nimba County.
The Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency Commander Kemokai boasted that suspect Kamara has been charged with armed robbery, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy, theft of property by the Joint Security and sent to court in Sanniquellie for prosecution.
According to the LDEA Commander Kemokai, during preliminary investigation, suspect Abdullah Kamara admitted to using LDEA uniform to commit multiple crimes at night in the country.
