CDC In Disarray –Wolokollie Fires Back

The Ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) appears to be in disarray as the party’s officials are at each other’s throats with diatribes especially in a denigrating form and manner over claims and counterclaims that some officials named are reportedly extorting money from partisans without the party’s approval, but the accused have begun firing back, this time in a disdainful manner.
On Friday, November 15, 2019, the ruling party through its National Chairperson, Mulbah K. Morlu in a press release accused Commerce Deputy Jemina Wolokollie and others of launching fake ‘Micro loan program’ in the name of the CDC.
The National Executive Committee also accused Jemima Wolokollie and others whose names are listed below of already collecting ‘Registration fees’ from struggling citizens as requirement for membership without the approval of the CDC.
CDC says, “Based on ongoing preliminary findings, It has irrefutable evidence that Deputy Minister Wolokollie, aided by Madam Jackie Capehart, Mr. Joshua Sackie, Mr. Budu Wilson, Mr. George Kailondo, Mr. Rodney Wilson, etc. all members or recent ‘Former-members’ of the Unity Party/ANC, have begun setting up CDC structures and appointing District Coordinators with instructions to identify individuals for micro finance loans, among other things.
But in what appears to be a hash retort to the party’s National Chairperson, she described Mr. Mulbah as “LAZY CRY Baby” that knows nothing about politics and leadership. Adding, “You need proper training and how to manage the party”.
“You have refused to learn the inner workings and modalities of how to lead and run the most powerful party CDC. Your poor handling of the party has damaged our image on the little things that matter. We need someone with distinct acute idea to run the party and bring it back to normality,” she said.
The Deputy Minister said, “ The entire party needs to be restructured with people who are willing to move the party forward in the spirit of reconciliation and love for the country and not in confusion and war jargons .Potential LEADERSHIP does that for a fragile country like Liberia.”
“But you have failed to stabilize the largest and most popular political party in Liberia. You are so afraid of your own shadow, so you make noise about every drum that beats. You need to build your self-esteem and dream big. Your LEADERSHIP has made the opposition to grow Wings and this is all because of you and your poor Management skill. Your concentration is only focused on empty noise that brings no added value to any subject matter. Think about it; what have you brought to the platform? NOTHING. Your LEADERSHIP is dead and the party does not need an individual like you who have no zeal or innovative ideas that will drive the future of the party. I will suggest that you be removed without any remorse whatsoever. You have made us to lose two very important elections but who knows what really happened then?”
“You are a shameless and weak specie that God has ever created in my life time. You are of no essence to our people and CDC .You need to resign or I will recommend your dismissal if you don’t stop LYING on me and the LSDC MEMBERS. Go and do what you know best, and stop LYING unnecessarily,” she said.
Speaking further, Minister Wolokollie asserted that the party made a terrible mistake by appointing a man like Morlu who only cares about creating wealth for himself. She added, “Your valueless LEADERSHIP, has caused us great embarrassment and shame to the party and nation. The greedy syndrome within you, has destroyed our party. You will never become prosperous because of your small mind and I really don’t have the time for senseless and destructive talks that will continue to divide us as a nation. I am open to positive change and am willing to work with anyone who thinks in that direction. If you need help, I can help you to lead without no harm but don’t lie about things you have no knowledge about.”
“ I know that you are unpopular and frightened right now in the party but don’t use my name in a negative press release to be heard. I will not accept that nonsensical idea. Don’t blame me; I am trying to eliminate all those mistakes that you have made and continue to do. All those nonsense you spoke about me and my members are pure lies. I do understand how frustrated you are with yourself, but a true leader will take full responsibility for his actions and will try to re-strategize. This CDC that you loudly speak about, is my baby that I delivered since 2004 and will never turn my back on it. I stayed with my party all these years and helped with my last resources and now we have a new group of people like you, owning it . This party, belongs to everyone. We are watching, we are not stupid .Where were you when everyone gave up on this very party? We were there day and night and were called all kinds of names in this town but we kept our heads up high with the highest esteem. People who left the party and joined other leading political parties and held high positions in the past government, those are the Same people who are enjoying today and at the top again ,enjoying our labour . Of course, you will not see it right? When we were here spending our money and time, you were in Ghana collecting money from our poor Liberians in the refugee camp.”
“You had no mercy on our people at the time and still does not have it. Can you imagine, Liberians ran away from the war in Liberia and you decided to exploit them in that condition acting as a pastor. You are a heartless person and will continue to take money from people for job. I don’t blame you because you got there on a silver plate so you don’t know the actual value of our great party. I am a founding member, and know the value of this party and how it was created from the beginning, so please be quiet. You have no right to speak to me in such manner. It is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have a good CHARACTER and my integrity to protect; ironically you have none. LAZY CRY BABY, you are a new kid on the block and only live on 419 to survive so, you should stop selling jobs to people for monetary value and respect your job. You know very well that, you cannot produce. But it is habitual of you to LIE so please stay in your space. Send all your boys to attack me with your lies but Liberians know how much lies you and your boys can create. Liberians know your (DNA) YOUR BLOOD IS MADE OF LIES SO THEY WILL NEVER BELIEVE YOU. MR. LAZY CRY BABY. GET UP AND WORK,” Deputy Minister Wolokollie said.
Meanwhile, the party Youth League Described Mr. Morlu as their beloved “Baby” who is not only concerned about himself but cares about all partisans. The youth League calls on Deputy Minister Wolokollie and all those in government to leave Morlu alone.
