Boakai Visits Koffa Too

President Joseph N. Boakai has also paid a visit to House Speaker, J. Fonati Koffa, following a fire incident his residence in the Rehab Community.
During his visit, President Boakai consoled and assured the Speaker of his government’s commitment to implementing measures to prevent similar incidents across Liberia.
Expressing regret over the fire incident, President Boakai outlined the importance of collective efforts in addressing fire incidents in the country and pledged the government fullest support towards the investigation into the cause of fire so that perpetrator, if any, will be made to face justice if culpable.
Earlier, Speaker Koffa who welcomed President Boakai’s visit and expressed gratitude for his swift concern revealed that most of his documents at his residence did not get damaged because they were in the basement of the house.
