Boakai Consoles America Over 6 Citizens’ Deaths

President Joseph N. Boakai has sent a condolence to U.S President, Joseph R. Biden, following the death of six persons, who died after a ship collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, in the U.S.
According to a Foreign Ministry release, President Boakai, on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in his own name, extended heartfelt condolences to President Biden, and through him to the Government and People of America, particularly the bereaved families, for the irreparable loss sustained.
Boakai added that his sincere prayers and thoughts are with President Biden, the bereaved families, and the resilient people of the U.S. during this difficult period of national mourning.
