Another Shooting Incident In Point Four Community

The Liberia National Police has with immediate effect disrobed and turned over one of its officers of the Emergency Response Unit (ERU), James Togba in connection to a shooting incident that occurred in the Fuel Oil Community, Point Four, Bushrod Island.
Late yesterday evening at 7 PM, the LNP administration received information of one of its Officers, James Togba being allegedly involved with a shooting incident which left one person, Olando Bloh, 37, a resident of New Kru Town dead.
The victim was taken at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead on arrival by doctor on duty.
The officer is presently detained at the headquarters of the Liberia National Police undergoing investigation.
The LNP administration has already reached out to the family of the deceased victim and extended its sympathy, assuring them that Justice will be served.
IG Sudue responding to reports of the shooting expressed dismay and vowed to ensure that the officer involved will be duly investigated and made to face the full weight of the law.
