Cassell Kuoh, the Chief Executive Officer of FC Fassell and a presidential aspirant for the Liberia Football Association’s 2026 election, is set to address Liberian students studying in Rwanda on March 28, 2025.
Kuoh will serve as the guest speaker at the fourth-anniversary celebration of the Liberian Students Association of Rwanda (LIBSAR), Nyanza chapter.
According to an invitation obtained by the top football stakeholder, his speech will focus on his contributions to sports development across Liberia.
“We are delighted to share that Cassell A. Kuoh, an esteemed CEO of NEEV-Liberia and FC Fassell, will be joining us live in Rwanda to celebrate LIBSAR’s fourth anniversary,” the release stated.
The announcement, issued on Saturday, March 15, 2025, highlighted Kuoh’s selection as a speaker due to his pivotal role in advancing Liberian football through his leadership at FC Fassell.
“The NEEV and FC Fassell Chief Executive Officer has made a remarkable impact in both sports and philanthropy. His leadership has elevated Liberian football, with FC Fassell becoming one of the most organized clubs in the nation, breaking records along the way,” the release added.
Speaking to The Liberian Investigator about his participation Sunday, March 16, 2026, Kuoh expressed his gratitude for the opportunity. “It is an honor to be chosen among many Liberians to address the student community in Rwanda,” he said.
He emphasized the synergy between sports and education as a catalyst for national development. “The coming together of sports and education is the way forward for our country, and I am grateful to the institution for considering me as their guest speaker,” he concluded.
