Attorney General Oswald Tweh is calling on officials of government to identify with citizens who reside in their respective communities especially during the festive season.
The festive season is known as Christmas it is not just a holiday to be observed as Christ Jesus birthday it is also the time to celebrate and share love through alms giving.
According to Minister Tweh, President Joseph Boakai cannot reach out to every individual as such, officials of government must assist the Liberian Leader to put smiles on the faces of the ordinary people.
The Attorney General mentioned that appointed officials who are direct representation of the President begin to reach out and identify with the people in their respective communities, they will begin feel the impact of the government.
Minister Tweh’s comments were contained in a statement delivered on his behalf by his Special Assistant, Atty. Siafa Bah- Kemokai when he presented 100 bags of 25 kg rice to residents of the Borough of New Kru Town on the Bushrod Island in commemoration of the Festive celebration and his Birth Anniversary.
Minister Tweh used the occasion to request the Beneficiaries, majority elderly women and men as well as people with disabilities to pray for him as he steers the affairs of the Justice system of the Country.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the citizens of the Borough, the Deputy Governor for Administration Nelson Segbeh thanked the Minister Tweh for identifying with the less unfortunate during his Birthday Celebration.
The Governor prayed that God Almighty continue to bless the Minister through good, wisdom and understanding as he leads the security sector of the Country.
