Police Officer Biah’s Dead Body Arrive In Nimba

The body of Police Officer Elton Biah who allegedly died over chicken foot fight in Nimba County has been returned to the county for burial.
Speaking in Sanniquellie, ACP Mendin Larmie disclosed that Biah’s body is presently deposited at the Rulah Funeral Home in Sanniquellie and that the police authority in consultation with the family will officially informed the public.
A team of investigators are currently in the county to gather facts concerning what led to the death of the victim in Karnplay.
During the beginning of October 2024, PSU Jeremiah Tarkpor and late Biah went into fist fight that landed the victim in the JFK in Monrovia.
ACP Police Commander in Nimba, Larmie remain tight-lipped over the outcome of the investigation surrounding the death of the victim and the funeral.
“The only report now is a team of investigators from Monrovia been here in Nimba and that the victim’s body is presently deposited at Rulah funeral home in Sanniquellie while further information pertaining to the investigation and burial will be released to the public by the police in consultation with the family,” ACP Larmie asserts.
Since the death of officer Biah and the manner in which the incident occurred, it has spark public debate at every business center calling on the government to investigate the issue to serve as deterrent to other state security in the country.
When this paper contacted the County attorney Miah’s office at the 8th Judiciary Circuit Court in Sanniquellie, the doors were shut up to press time. Investigation continues.
