USA Veterans Record Wins-As Prince Walker Scores 11th Goal

The winsome United Soccer Ambassadors (USA) Veterans continued their winning run on Sunday as they recorded their 11th win in a row since the return of CEO Prince Opoku Walker from his base in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

They are now on an eleven game winning streak after a convincing 5-2 trouncing of PASA at the Barnesville Estate sports pitch.

A brace from the man Dede, alias “Goal Smelling” after twice being teed up by CEO Prince Opoku Walker put the Veterans of USA in front in the early stages of the first stanza, but PASA reduced the arrears with a well-taken free kick to make it 2-1 as both sides returned to their locker rooms.

In the second period, Melvin Okoro Kicmett put daylight between USA Veterans and PASA with beauty as the score line was rotated from 2-1 to 3-1.

Emmanuel “Petit” Dee came from the bench to add gloss to the score line as he slotted home a Prince Opoku Walker assist with the score becoming 4-2 and the talismanic Prince Opoku Walker put the final nail on PASA coffin after latching onto a James Koko Lomell thru ball and lobbed the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper to end the match 5-2, his 11th goal in his eleventh match for USA Veterans.

After the match, the CEO thanked PASA for honoring the match and presented PASA with some cash to purchase a set of jerseys, something he promised them some weeks ago, and also presented them with a football.

Receiving the ball, PASA captain, Tito Murray, thanked the CEO for the goodwill and said they at PASA were not surprised by his gesture and also thanked him for looking in the direction of the kids and urged everyone to follow his good example.
