-Women With Disabilities Cry Aloud

The Nimba branch of the Disabled National Union Organization has strongly distanced itself from false allegation that disabled women are parasite.
According to Madam Nenlay Doe, the physically challenge individuals are part of society and should be treated equally.
Madam Doe lamented that, she faced several constraints during her high school days with her classmates.
The Nimba County Disabled Coordinator is meanwhile calling on citizens and organizations to include them in all activities if Liberia should develop.
She also mentioned that society should not look down on women with disabilities because 60 percent of them have learned and can make sound decisions.
Madame Doe made the statement during a long day workshop conducted by the Female Journalist of Liberia to expose women participation in decision making.
