Partners Conclude Meeting On Improving Gboawuta Public School

The Executive Director of the Irene Christina Reinking Foundation (ICRF), Harrison Kpartipa, has concluded a productive discussion with the Mayor of Marion, Iowa, in the United States of America, Nicholas AbouAssaly.
The Irene Christina Reinking Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization.
The ICRF, established to support Liberia’s efforts in enhancing education, health, and agriculture, aims to provide much-needed resources to underserved communities.
The meeting between the leaders focused on understanding the workings of the ongoing library project at the Gboawuta Public School for school-going students, the installation of solar panels, computer labs, Chalkboards, Chairs, tables, agriculture tools to enable the school to establish its own farm.
The grading of the Gboawuta to Guinea border road and the connection between the Town and the City of Marion, Iowa through partnership, how its procedures and policies impact the operations of state assistance.
The discussion provided valuable insights into the ICRF’s role in ensuring effectiveness in a bid to improve the learning environment of school-going children, something they believe will help strengthen Liberia’s educational system and improve students’ performance on public exams.
During the ceremony, Harrison Kpartipa, the Executive Director of the Irene Christina Reinking Foundation, emphasized the importance of aligning Gboawuta Public School practices with the City of Marion Iowa standards to enhance efficiency and improve the institution and the town at large.
In addition, both leaders expressed their determination to promote cooperation and explore possibilities to enhance Gboawuta Town, Panta District 4, Bong County.
The ICRF and City Mayor leadership meeting marks a significant step towards building a stronger and more cohesive relationship between Gboawuta Town and the City of Marion, Iowa.
The goal is to drive sustainable development and serve the citizens more effectively in Gboawuta Town, Bong County, Liberia.
Meanwhile, the Board Chairman Mike Herring of the Irene Christina Reinking Foundation revealed that the people of Gboawuta Town deserve a better life.
The Irene Christina Reinking Foundation Board Chairman told the City Mayor of Marion, Iowa that he traveled with some members of the organization to Liberia in the spring of 2014.
He mentioned that it was difficult to comprehend how the government could ignore its citizens in the condition he saw school-going children, including the school building of Gboawuta Public School.
Moreover, Mike Herring, who lives in Tipton, Iowa State, has assured the citizens of Gboawuta Town that he and his family, including friends, will continue to assist or buttress the effort of Harrison Kpartipa to realize his dreams of helping his people in Gboawuta Town, Panta District 4.
