Down Town Football Club from central Monrovia, Gompa Football Club of Nimba County, and District 17 Academy will join the ranks of 16 teams in the Liberia Football Association (LFA) Second Division.

In the semifinals on September 24, Down Town FC and Gompa FC emerged victorious against District 17 Academy and Amazing FC, respectively. The grand finale saw Gompa FC crowned champions of the 2024 national third division playoff, narrowly defeating Down Town FC 1-0.
