Doxx-Bet Increases Club Sponsorship To 8

The annual awards sponsor of the Liberia Football Association leagues Doxx-Bet increased its sponsorship gesture to eight teams as a way of providing financial accessibility to have competitive management in the country football sector.
Doxx-bet, a recognized lottery business operating across different parts of Liberia after being in the sporting space for many years, have decided to invest more of its social cooperate resources to the domestic league this going forward and increase more support to individual clubs playing in the different leagues.
On Tuesday, March 18, 2025 the company placed smiles on the faces of many players and stakeholders by signing a deal with seven clubs from the nation’s top three competition for the remaining phase of the league season.
The deal was signed with four clubs in the first division namely; Mighty Barrolle, Invincible Eleven, Freeport and Global Pharma Football Clubs. The two second division clubs are Cece United and Pags Football Club while Bushrod Queens represent the national women football division.
Unveiling the company’s gesture, the chief executive officer Michal Gabor explained that they have partnered with the football association and observed the needs of extending support to other clubs in addition to what the company has been doing for Shaita Football Club in the first division.
He expressed gladness that the company is able to provide sponsorship to the Liberian league through the annual awards ceremony and prizes to athletes and now extending direct funds to the individual clubs to grow the continuous effort of football.
According to Gabor, the newly partnership will provide cash to the clubs to lessen their financial burden as the league draws closer to it end. “This sponsorship is for the rest of the season and we will look at it after this season to review the teams’ performance to extend next season.”
He added that the company is also watching other parts of the league to increase the number of teams currently benefiting from the sponsorship to empower more clubs by giving them resources that will raise a competitive taste for Liberian football domestically.
On behalf of the clubs, the president of the Club President Association of Liberian, Sylvanus Morris, commended the company for the timely intervention to the clubs, many of whom are struggling to raise finances to maintain their stands in the league.
Now that the current stage of the national league being played without a sponsor, the clubs believe that the fund provided to them by Doxx Bet will contribute so much in upkeeping the teams as the LFA and others continue to engage and attract support.
CPAL president urged the clubs that are part of the new Doxx Bet sponsorship program to prove to the company that they actually deserve the funds provided by performing well and delivering fully on their responsibilities.
He is also hopeful that the company will work tirelessly to incorporate more clubs in the sponsorship initiative as to widen their reach to deeper part of domestic football in Liberia.
