Meanwhile, the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) has described the shooting and killing of journalist David as troubling, barbaric, inhumane and an attack on the entire Media community in Liberia.
In a release issued over the weekend, PUL president, Charles B Coffey Jr. said that Liberian journalists particularly journalists in Bong County are now living in fear due to the wanton killings.
According to Mr. Coffey, the PUL is also worried about the safety and protection of journalists across the country, adding that the PUL will not relent in its quest for state security to pursue and bring to justice, the killer(s) of journalist David.
He then assured the media community and the family of the late Journalist David that the PUL will not rest until justice is accorded as it was in the case of the late Tyron Brown.
The PUL president is therefore calling on civil society organizations to join the PUL in seeking justice, while at the same time urged the LNP and other relevant state security to speedily investigate, pursue and bring to justice the perpetrator(s).
