Jeety Donates To PUL, Others

Indian businessman Jeety has donated 25 bags of 25kg-rice along with 50 hand washing buckets to the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) as he continues the fight against COVID-19 in the country.
Receiving the donation, PUL president Charles Coffey thanked the businessman for not just identifying with the Union but also giving aid to thousands of people in the country during these dark times.
Prior to identifying with the PUL, Jeety begun visiting some communities distributing food items and upon his revisitation, he has vowed to continue giving aid to people as longer as the coronavirus persists and the State of Emergency continues so as to bring relief to vulnerable or less fortunate people.
The distribution process has been going on for over three weeks now with several communities, inmates, less fortunate individuals benefitting.
Some of the communities that benefitted so far in Monrovia and its environs during the previous two weeks are Via Town, Group of 77 on Newport Street, Buchannan Street, and Mamba Point Car Wash Center, Trench Town, Randall Street, Center Street, Slipway Field and Logan Town.
Well known for his philanthropic work, Jeety has been involved with several distributions.
Recently, he headed the Indian Community donation of some vehicles and other medical items to the 14th Military Hospital in Margibi County. Writes Ignatius K. Sackor (reporter in training)
