Margibi County Electoral District#2 Representative, Tibelrosa S. Tarpoweh has underscored a brighter future for Liberia’s investments climate despite many setbacks or odds for which the country suffered during its prolonged civil crisis.
Hon. Tarpoweh who chairs the House Committee on Concessions and Investments since its incumbency, the coalition for Democratic Change Government of President. George Manneh Weah has made significant strives in the promotion of investments, this creating jobs opportunities and expert trainings for Liberians.
The Margibi lawmaker observed that over the last two years the administration, of the Weah-led government, Liberians have witnessed dedications of several economic projects, including roads construction network and rehabilitation as well as construction of other infrastructures such as the Modem Steel Industry known as the Sethi Ferro Fabrick Industry in Gardnersville, Montserrado County and Shangyou Wood Industry Development in Camp Todee, near Margibi County which President Weah and official family dedicated during the last July 26, 2019 celebration and that today, January 16, 2020 Liberians are again witnessing the inauguration of a modem “State of the Art Production’ Facility” in Monrovia being constructed by Cemenco HEIDELBERGCEMENT Group-Liberia Ltd. which are worthy of commendation for President Weah’s Government.
He thanked the management and staff of Cemenco-Liberia Ltd for their desire to expand investments in Liberia and especially with their complete compliance in tax payments and capacity building for Liberia.
