Just Ended District League Best Coach Sets To Lead Warriors’ Feeder Team

It is reported from different sources that Mohammed S. Sheriff is on the verge of joining the Black Man Warriors as head of their feeder team in the 3rd Division, with a focus on spearheading recruitment for the U17 programs. Representatives from both sides have met, and the agreement is nearly finalized, pending a few remaining details.
Sheriff’s appointment comes on the back of his outstanding performance in the recently concluded District League 2024, where he led District 2 to an unbeaten run to the finals, a feat the district hadn’t achieved in seven years.
His exceptional leadership earned him the title of Best Coach of the Tournament. His impressive track record attracted interest from several clubs, including Real Muja, Life FC, and Nimba FC.
Sheriff was previously linked with a move to Real Muja, but negotiations fell through. Reports also suggest that Real Muja offered him a position as deputy coach, which he declined.
Life FC and Nimba FC were also in the race for his services, making direct contact to secure his expertise. Ultimately, Sheriff chose to accept the Black Man Warriors’ project, which prioritizes growth and development within the youth sector.
In addition to his role with the feeder team, he will assist the senior team’s coaching staff in the First Division as part of a comprehensive plan to strengthen the club’s future.
Sheriff’s new role is expected to bring a fresh wave of enthusiasm and expertise to the Black Man Warriors, especially in nurturing young talent and guiding the team to greater heights.
