Media, Gov’t Must Work Collectively

A clarion call has been made to members of the Fourth Estate to work collectively with the ruling UP-led Government by reporting those good things through their respective media institutions that will help advance the country’s fledgling democracy, through which the lives of people will be better.
According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bukonjadeh Group of Companies, Elton Datee Johns, the press remains an indispensable catalyst in shaping positively, the lives of citizens in any country.
Therefore, Johns added that the Liberian media must always stand for transparency, objectivity, and accuracy in their reportage.
Meanwhile, Johns, in a brief chat with journalists over the weekend, used the time to unveil plans by his company to expand its activities across the country physically, beginning with Grand Bassa, and Rivercess in the future.
Bukonjadeh Group of companies is directly involved in micro-finance loan activities, with its many customers drawn from various public institutions such as GAC, LRA, NPA, LNP, amongst others.
The company, through its management under Johns, was able to secure a well-furnished modern central office within the Rose Garden Plaza on Crown Hill, where business discussions are held.
