Man, 33, Found Dead With Parts Extracted In Nimba

Police in Nimba County Police have charged and sent to court Jackson Tokay, 25; Samuel Semeh, 25, and Prince Dinyeah, 32, with murder, criminal conspiracy, and tampering with physical evidence.
Speaking at the police station in Sanniquellie, the acting Chief Inspector of the Criminal Investigation Department (CSD), Washington Quewon, disclosed that the three suspects were sent to court in connection with the death of a 33-year-old Bill Luonpea.
He disclosed that the victim reportedly went missing on the Seyilaimpa-Zolowe road on December 28, 2023, and was found dead with parts extracted.
Police preliminary investigations revealed that the victim’s penis, left eye, and flesh on the stomach, were removed, and some toxic chemicals were allegedly poured on the deceased.
“The victim and the suspects were all sleeping together in the same house prior to his mysterious disappearance from the town,” Police asserted.
“One of the suspects admitted during preliminary investigation that he escorted the victim to go on the road in the night, but they don’t know the killer,” Police revealed.
The Police informed this Paper that in less than six months, victim Luonpea is the second person that has gone missing and found dead with several parts missing in the county.
In November of last year, a woman was found dead in a pool of blood with hands tied near Pledehyee town in Electoral District 8 in Nimba County.
When this paper contacted the Police station in Sanniquellie, the CSD Washington T Quewon said that the suspects were charged in accordance with the law and sent to court for prosecution.
