Foreign Scout Expresses Impression With Young Liberian Talents

Netherlands Under-15 Scout, Soumiprince Prince, professionally known as Coach Mo, says he is impressed by young football talents in Liberia.
Coach Mo, who is currently in Liberia on a visit, conducted a one-day training camp with Orange Second Division Side, Black Man Warrior (BMW), at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium on Monday.
On Tuesday, January 2, 2024, BMW, in collaboration with George F. Toby, Chairman of Logan Town Sub-committee League, organized a welcome back game for Coach Mo at the ATS, where four clubs, including Black Man Warrior, Mande United, Caldwell All-Stars, and BMW II, took part in a soccer showcase.
However, Mo said players in Liberia should firstly be disciplined if they must be great.
He said George Weah, as a Liberian, is the only African to have won the World Best, and he is convinced that Liberia can produce another Weah.
Coach Mo further said vision, tactics, positioning, and scoring methods, are key things in football that he observed many young Liberian players are lacking.
He noted that two-time-touches are very important for Liberian players, especially when they know their role, their position, and tactics, which would be good when it is implemented.
The passionate football coach and scout, who pleasures in developing young players, thanked the management of BMW and promised to conduct more trainings for local soccer players.
