Handball Back-To-School League Starts Today

The first edition of the National Handball Back-to-School League is expected to be launched today, at the Sports Commission in Monrovia.
The event according to the National Handball Association, will begin with a grand parade from the University of Liberia on Capitol Hill to the Sports Commission.
The Back-to-School Handball league is one of several programs that have been designed by the Liberia National Handball Association under the leadership of Mr. Aratus Larkpor to rebrand the sport across the country.
According to the communications officer Samuel Hasay, several personalities will be honored during the ceremony for their contributions towards the game over the years.
Those expected to be honored according to Mr. Hasay are the CEO of the National Road Fund, Boniface Satu, the CEO of the Security Expert Guard of Liberia (SEGAL) Momo Cyrus and the CEO Prince Walker Groups of Companies, Prince Walker.
