ICODEHS-Liberia Holds First Annual Conference Saturday

The Islamic Council for Development and Humanitarian Services (ICODEHS-Liberia) has officially announced the first edition of its annual conference to take place in Brewerville City on this Saturday.


The council said the customary conference will run from December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023 in the New Vonzon Community Mosque in District 17, Montserrado County.


A release issued under the signature of ICODEHS-Liberia Director, Sheikh Harouna Kabbah, informs the public of the event and called for support to the system.


According to the release, the organization is a newly established Non-Governmental Institution with a vision directed straightly towards the development of the Islamic community.


Therefore the organization is calling on the general public including students, parents and all well-meaning Liberians to join the organizing committee to ensure the success of the conference.


Key among its mission and vision are the opening of religious education schools as well as training centers for community kids and humanitarian at large; and improve agriculture for future developments through engagements and open assistance among others.
