Miss Liberia Aids Jeety Distribute Cooked Meals

Even-though Liberia’s 2022 Miss-Liberia, Miss Verolyn Vonleh did not make known her mission, but was seen on July 29, with Businessman Jeety, an Indian businessman feeding less privileged citizens popularly known as “zogos” at his business head office on the Bushrod Island.
In a brief interview with newsmen, Upjit Singh Sacheadeva or Jeety, beaming with a smiling face, intimated that his distribution to residents of Vai Town where his business head office is situated was intended to identify with the residents during the festive season.
“This is Jeety Trading Company’s way of giving our less privileged Liberians Independence Day gifts with delicious cooked meals,” he said.
It can be recalled that Jeety fed over 4,800 under-privileged persons across Montserrado and Margibi Counties including the infamous Monrovia Central Prison during Liberia’s 175th Independence Day on Tuesday, July 26 as gifts to the needy.
The Jeety Trading Company, owned and operated by India’s former Consul General to Liberia had long been recognized by the Liberian government for his unrelenting philanthropic gestures accorded the government and the less fortunate folks in the country.
