Journalists Mourn Amos Gbarteah
-As PUL Opens Book of Condolence Today

Journalists across the country are mourning their fallen colleagues with the most recent being the death of Amos Gbarteah, the Publisher of the Straight Talk Newspaper.
Journalist Gbarteah who was a full member of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) also worked at the Women Voices Newspaper and offered consultancy at other media institutions.
The PUL will on today, September 16, 2021 open a book of Condolence in memory of him at its Headquarters on Clay Street, and is calling on all journalists and members of the general public to turn-out in signing this book in his honor.
Amos Gbarteah died Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church after a brief period of illness, his remains is currently deposited at the AB Robert Funeral Home.
The Union is deeply saddened over his death and ask the family to take solace in the Lord.
The PUL request that, friends, sympathizers, well-wishers and family members be seated before 11:30 am on Tuesday, September 16, 2021 at the Headquarters of the Press Union of Liberia on 44 Clay Street.
